What is it for?
This service allows you to pay bills and taxes at the ATM, either by scanning the barcode or by entering the details manually. You can also choose to set up direct debit for future payments or pay without direct debit, receiving a receipt at the end of the transaction.
How to pay bills and taxes at the ATM step by step
- From the main ATM menu, select “Bills and taxes”.
- Choose “Pay bills and taxes”. Other available options are also shown on this screen.
- Select whether you want to scan the bill details or enter them manually (for taxes, bills or entities without a barcode).
- Choose how you want to make the payment for the bill or local tax.
- Select the payment method:
- From account by credit card
- Cash
- From the account linked to the card
- Complete all the required details on screen.
- Review the bill details (issuer, reference, identification and amount).
- Choose whether to:
- Pay without direct debit, or
- Pay and set up direct debit for future payments.
- Confirm the transaction. You will receive a payment receipt. (To formalize the direct debit, you must contact the bill issuer).
